With fast developments in the Middle East crisis, Vice President JD Vance wondered whether other vice presidents had as much excitement as he has -- in their jobs. The post came on Tuesday morning while President Donald Trump was raging against both Israel and Iran and dropping F-bombs in his conversation with reporters in the context of Israel and Iran. JD Vance put a smiley face to his post while Donald Trump's son Donald Trump Jr did not miss the chance of taking a jibe at Kamala Harris, the former vice president.

"yea, Slightly different than your predecessor who was VP of visiting angels," Donald Trump Jr posted in reply.
JD Vance has been in the thick of things as US's action against Iran is concerned. Vance, defense secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio appeared alongside Donald Trump when the president announced that US had obliterated Iran's three nuclear plants in an overnight operation.
'US is not at war with Iran'
After President Trump's Operation Midnight Hamer, JD Vance appeared on television interviews clarifying that US was not waging a war in Iran -- moving away from what Donald Trump promised before the election that US would not fight any war in any foreign country. Vance clarified that US was at war with Iran's nuclear program.
āIām not going to get into sensitive intelligence about what weāve seen on the ground there in Iran, but weāve seen a lot, and I feel very confident that weāve substantially delayed their development of a nuclear weapon, and that was the goal of this attack," Vance said.
JD Vance answers crucial questions on what happened to Iran's uranium stockpile
A crucial question that emerged after Operation Midnight Hammer is what happened to Iran's 400kg of uranium. Vance said he thinks that the uranium is buried under the three enrichment facilities that the US obliterated. "Our goal was to bury the uranium, and I do think the uranium is buried, but our goal was to eliminate their ability to convert that enriched fuel into a nuclear weapon," Vance said.
"If they (Iran) want to build a nuclear weapon in the future, they're going to have to deal with a very, very powerful American military again," Vance said.
