Criminals open fire on jewellery shop in H'bag

Hazaribag: Two unidentified motorcycle-borne criminals opened fire on a jewellery shop at around 2 pm in the busy Boddom Bazar locality on Sunday. Upon receiving this information, a police team from Hazaribag Sadar Police Station rushed to the spot and started an investigation. A forensic team has also been called to the spot which recovered seven empty bullets. The police have cordoned off the area.

"None was injured and no jewellery was looted," said Amit Kumar Anand, SDPO headquarters Hazaribag.
