Fans of ITV have been delighted to learn that I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! will soon be back on screens. Ant and Dec will be back at the helm with a whole host of new famous faces taking on the Bushtucker trials - but there is one rumoured celeb who previously said she would "never take part".
Emmerdale star Lisa Riley is said to be a part of the 2025 line-up ahead of the stars entering the jungle next Sunday. She was recently seen landing at an airport in Australia, close to where the series is filmed, as she told the press: "I am a Dingle I can cope with anything, I'm from the north...we are made of tough skin." She continued: "We did Dingles Down Under many years so and I feel it's only right we do it again." The soap star insisted she was prepared for any insects or creatures, explaining: "I've worked on a farm and it's part of the job." However, prior to her name doing the rounds, actress Lisa said that she previously "never wanted to do it".
Speaking on behalf of Buzz Bingo, Lisa exclusively told Express.co.uk why she normally turns the ITV show down. She said: "I've said no in the past, because I've just never thought I wanted to do it. I've been asked so many times, and I'm sure I'll get asked again."
She then teased: "If I do decide to do it, maybe I might be going in, I don't know, I might be knocking you off kilter, maybe I'm packing as we speak. You just don't know."
Further hinting at whether or not she is going into the jungle, the Mandy Dingle star added: "The best thing about I'm a Celeb is the fact, and I'm saying this as a viewer, there's always going to be people on the rumour mill.
"But until that live show with Ant and Dec happens, you just don't know.
"I saw the trailer this morning whilst watching Lorraine before I was getting ready. It's exciting, it's really exciting. I want it to be a surprise, as to who's going to be involved in the series.
"But if I was to go in there, my dream person would be Madonna. Madonna has to be in there, she has to be in the jungle. I'm sure they'll ask me every year, but we'll see what happens."
