Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner will renew their blockbuster rivalry in the Wimbledon final, exactly five weeks after playing a thrilling championship match at the French Open. Alcaraz saved three championship points in the fourth set and went on to win 4-6 6-7(4) 6-4 7-6(3) 7-6(2) to retain his crown at Roland Garros, and he will be hoping to defend his title at the All England Club today.

It could be a long night in SW19. Their French Open final lasted five hours and 29 minutes, and the gentlemen's singles final start time has been moved to 4pm at Wimbledon this year. The tournament has also announced a 10 minute delay to the walk-out for the final.

The Spaniard has not lost a match here since 2022, when Sinner sent him packing in the fourth round. Alcaraz is also undefeated in Grand Slam finals, but the world No. 1 put on a dominant display to beat seven-time champion Novak Djokovic in straight sets in Friday's semi-final.
