Vivek Agnihotri's much-awaited and controversial film 'The Bengal Files' has been released across the country today. There has been a controversy about this film for a long time. Especially in West Bengal, there is a fierce battle between filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri and the state government over the release of 'The Bengal Files'. Even during the trailer release of the film, multiplexes had given up at the last moment, after which the director released the trailer in hotels instead of theaters.

Now, even during the release of the film, no multiplex in West Bengal is ready to release the filmmaker's 'The Bengal Files'. While this film has been released in theaters across the country, it is not available on Book My Show in West Bengal, which clearly means that the film has not been released in multiplexes. At the same time, talking about the second film, 'Baaghi 4', releasing today, tickets for the film are available in Kolkata. Meanwhile, director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri has questioned Mamata Banerjee and appealed that Mamata Banerjee should allow this film to be released in Bengal.
