It can also be tried as a snack. For this, you will need a non-stick pan. You can make tasty dosa on the pan without sticking.

Ingredients
1 cup soaked rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon green chili
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1-2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
Recipe
- To make rice dosa, first prepare the batter. First, first soak the rice in water for 3-4 hours.
- After this, remove the water from the rice and prepare a paste in the mixer. If the paste is thick, then add some water to it.
- After this, add 1 teaspoon salt, cumin seeds, green chili, ginger paste, black pepper, chopped coriander leaves to the rice batter and mix well.
- Mix the batter well and keep it for 10 minutes to set. To make dosa, place a pan on the gas and grease it well with oil.

- Now take 1 spoonful of batter and spread it round on the pan. Keep the gas on medium to high flame.
- When one side becomes golden, turn it to the other side. After baking on both sides, take it out in a plate and serve with chutney.
